5. Content and Reviews

6. Server Listings

Server owners must provide accurate information. Misleading listings (fake player counts, false features) will be removed.
6.2 Server Responsibility
Nostalgic.gg is not responsible for the operation, content, or policies of listed servers. Any issues with servers should be directed to the server operators.
6.3 Removal of Listings
We may remove server listings that: violate laws, are confirmed scams, have been offline for 30+ days, or repeatedly receive negative community reports.
7. Intellectual Property
Nostalgic.gg and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Game names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners. We use them for identification purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Warranty
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Third-Party Servers
We are not affiliated with any listed servers. Use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for server shutdowns, data loss, or in-game issues.
